We are looking for a skilled Software Developer (AI & ML) to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, data science, and AI frameworks, with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models to solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to enhance products and services.
  • Work with large datasets, applying machine learning techniques for prediction, classification, and automation.
  • Develop and optimize AI-powered applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML models into software applications.
  • Implement data preprocessing pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency for deployment in production environments.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine and improve AI solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure models are explainable, interpretable, and aligned with ethical AI principles.
  • Develop APIs and integrate machine learning solutions with existing systems.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML model deployment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development and AI/ML model implementation.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning.
  • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS Sagemaker, Google AI, Azure ML).
  • Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
